Return And Refund Policy

Welcome to Karaa! We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please take a moment to carefully review our return and refund guidelines before placing your order.
RETURNS

At Karaa, we do not offer monetary refunds. Returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

Manufacturing Issues: If your product has a defect due to manufacturing, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will need to ship the product back at your own cost. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue either a replacement or store credit.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchanges under the following terms:

Manufacturing Defects: In case of a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product should be in perfect condition, unused, and with all original tags.
A  ₹150 shipping fee will be charged for processing exchanges.


RETURN PROCESS

Request a Return:

Send an email to care@karaa.me with your order details and reason for return.

Send the Product:

Once your request is approved, we will share the return address. You are responsible for shipping the item back.

Store Credit Issuance:

After inspection, the approved returns will be credited as store credit to your registered email or account.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Return shipping charges are not covered by Karaa.
Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition will not qualify for store credit.
Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.
